Screening Assessments
A screening is a focused, one- to two-hour assessment designed to determine whether a full evaluation is recommended. The test battery is carefully selected so that, if a comprehensive evaluation is pursued within a few months, the screening results can be incorporated into the larger assessment.
Following the screening, you will receive a brief written report summarizing the results along with practical recommendations.
Screenings can be especially useful for families or individuals who:
Want guidance on whether a comprehensive evaluation is necessary
Would like a snapshot of current academic skills using norm-referenced tests
Are seeking initial recommendations for next steps in learning or support services
